If you were to describe Renae with one word, FUN would come to mind. A type-A personality type with an overactive sense of humor, which means that she is great at getting A LOT done and really enjoying herself as she does. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor in 2002, Renae was a financial analyst for a large nonprofit healthcare company in Southern CA. That experience provides her with a strong understanding of trends and market flow which is important for selling your home for top dollar and buying without overpaying.

I moved to Nashville in 2007, which I’m told practically makes me a native! I immediately fell in love with this city and am here to stay. Before I became a Realtor I was in property management. I worked in downtown Boston in residential high-rises and then turned to mostly commercial shopping centers and a few apartment complexes. These were spread over five states but the corporate office was here in Nashville. My husband accepted a position at Montgomery Bell Academy, the real driving force as to why we initially moved. After having my first son I decided to become a Realtor in 2012. I have always been hard working and have an on the go personality where I can’t sit still for long. Real Estate is the perfect fit! I truly enjoy being a Realtor and helping clients make smart purchases and sales. I follow the market closely and have the tools and knowledge to make each transaction a success. A born and raised California girl, Brittany moved to Music City six years ago to take her music career to the next level. As a touring artist, Brittany also has a passion for real estate, knowing the peace that comes from having a place to hang your hat and call home. In California, she worked as both a performing artist and a real estate investor, specializing in wholesale properties, finding deals for other investors, and helping homeowners with underwater properties. During her time as an investor, she worked on short sales and negotiated contracts directly with banks, homeowners, and other agents. She understands that buying a house is really about making a home and that it is an emotional process that has to feel right to the buyer.
